Reports & accounts

What we did, and what it cost, placed before the members

Accounts are placed before the General Body each year and the substance of what we did is published alongside them. Where a report is not yet adopted, it is marked as such rather than published early.

Adopted

Reports placed before the General Body

A report is listed as adopted only once the General Body has received it. The adoption date is shown so that the gap between the period and the adoption is visible.

In preparation

We do not publish a report before the General Body has seen it. Listing it here is not the same as releasing it.

In preparation

Annual Report 2025—26

1 April 2025 — 31 March 2026

Programme activity, desk volumes, governance record, and audited accounts for the year, to be placed before the General Body in December 2026.

On the figures

Financial figures in these reports are the audited figures placed before the General Body — never estimates and never projections. Income and property of the society are applied solely to its registered objects; there is no distribution of profit to members or office-bearers. Where a figure in a published report is later found to be wrong, a correction is issued rather than the file being replaced.

Members may raise matters at the General Body. Anyone else can simply write in, and we will answer or say why we cannot.
