A template is a starting point, not a substitute for thinking about your own facts. An RTI application copied without adjusting the question will be refused as cleanly as one written badly from scratch. If you want help adapting one, the clinic exists for exactly that.
RTI assistancePrint them, translate them, put your own organisation’s name on the covering note. We ask only that the passages setting out limits are carried across intact — they are the parts most often dropped, and the parts that protect the person using the form.
